The apartment unit is located in a quiet side street of the multicultural district: Vienna- Ottakring. Close to Brunnenmarkt (daily farmers market) with it's South-East-European flair, trendy Yppenplatz (new cafes and restaurants) and in 10 minutes with TRAM/Undergroud to the city center. All shops are nearby: Bakery (Der Mann), Supermarket (Billa/SPAR), drugstore (BIPA/DM), Pharmacy, Post Office, Restaurants and varied venues as the Wiener Stadthalle, Ottakringer Brauerei, Kulisse etc. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery etc. Living room is equipped with a comfortable bed (160 x 200) The extra bedroom has a sofa bed (160 x200). Other things to note Please note short-term parking zones in most districts of Vienna. A Park& Ride Ottakting for 4,10 Euro / day is available 10 min. away or a little bit closer Parking Weilheimergasse for 7Euro/day. We will try to assist you with the parking situation. The washing machine is upon request/ appointment available (in the same house, but not in the apartment). There is a washing machine available in the house by arrangement (but not in the apartment itself).
