Total floor area of 110 m². Nothing superfluous, a space that tunes you to the right wavelength. The space The interior is not just a space. It's how you feel in it. We don't chase trends. Guest access The apartments are located on the territory of a protected residential complex with a children's playground and sports grounds. You will also find a fitness club, RommRoom beauty salon, Mozzarella Fresca gastronomy on the premises. There is a cafe, supermarket, Multiplex cinema, pharmacy nearby. Opposite, across the street, is the Kador shopping mall and the large Synergy Fitness club. Other things to note Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 11:00 a.m. There is no free parking on the territory, but if you are by car, you can rent a space in the underground parking lot for an additional fee. Events and parties are not allowed in the apartment. We respect our neighbors, so after 10pm and before morning we keep the noise down. We strongly urge you not to smoke - then the apartment smells unpleasant. Neither we nor future guests like it at all. But you can drink. Even alcohol. But if it's after 10:00 p.m., then don't forget about the rule of silence, okay?
