If you are looking for an escape to the Adriatic Sea, this is the place for you. The space It's a 2 rooms apartment with an exceptional sea view balcony oriented west. The balcony is a great place to sit enjoy the sunset. Each room is equipped with AC. The space has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and spacious living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a nice sea view balcony. All equipment and furnitures are new and custom made. The bedroom equipped with a new memory foam mattress. It has a big bathroom with large shower, private washing machine. Located in a small, low-rise building, 2nd floor, this apt has the best view of the entire building! The total surface of 60 m². Smoking ONLY on the balcony. Guest access You will have access to our entire apartment. THE BEACH: One small area without parasols/sunbeds (free) and one area with parasols/sunbeds (estimated for hire is €4), both areas are cleaned regularly. There are no buildings or roads between the apartment and the beach so you can easily go for a refreshing swim in the sea every morning before breakfast! THE BEACH ACTIVITIES: suntanning, swimming, beach volleyball, outdoor swimming pool ( entrance fee applies per person), ping-pong, jet skiing, parasailing, and guided deep sea fishing. For children: children's outdoor pool, train rides, bumper cars, pedal boats, banana boats, playgrounds, trampolines. There is also a spa center/indoor swimming pool near the apartment.
