ALPINE LODGE - ZERHITTA The collector's property is located in the uppermost part of the Lauchernalp and offers SPACE for 16 PEOPLE. In winter, you can ski right in front of the hut. In spring, summer and autumn, it is very good for hiking and enjoying nature. Several excursion options. Small climbing garden just around the corner. Ideal accommodation for families and groups who want to spend time back to the roots in a simple but very cozy accommodation. The space The main floor has 4 rooms with 2 beds each (of which the main room is equipped as a living room and the two beds can be used as a sofa with pillows and a throw blanket). Furthermore, this floor has a kitchen, 2 toilets, and a bathroom. On the lower floor (access from the outside) is a dormitory with 8 beds. The cabin is ideal for 2-3 families or larger groups. In front of the cabin there is a spacious terrace area and in summer it has another terrace on the east side. The view and the panorama are indescribable ;-) No smoking inside the cabin. Of course, there is no TV – instead, there is a small library and a radio. Bookable from 5 nights - but I prefer 7 nights from Sat to Sat (usually booked this way and is ideal for arriving and departing guests) Optional tent sauna can be used for CHF 50/usage. Additional information is available on request. Important: per person per night there is a tourist tax that is not included in the price. Due to the different number of guests, this will not be charged until the end of the stay and must be paid separately to the host. Adults CHF 4.80 per night. Children from 6 years Fr 2.40 A digital guest card will be issued at the start of the trip. With this card, the use of the cable car is free, among other things. Other things to note The local visitor's tax is billed separately by the host - to be paid at the end of the stay via bank or PayPal. And there are other discounts in the valley. The cleaning fee includes only final cleaning and laundry costs. Guests must leave the cabin clean, vacuuming, kitchen - toilet and bathroom check. Pillowcases are provided for sleeping. Bring your own sleeping bags, etc. It is advisable to cover the mattress with a sheet. In the bathroom and toilet, small towels for the hands and a shower mat are provided. Towels and bath towels must be brought by yourself. Kitchen towels as well as brush and sponge are provided. Arriving by car to the cabin is possible except in winter. It requires a driving permit which can be booked via the Parking Pay app (approx. CHF 35.00/week).
