This apartment has a bedroom with 1 king bed, full kitchen, dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower, and a large living room with luxurious Italian leather sofas and a 60" smart TV! This is a ground floor apartment, there are 3 steps to get up the porch. WiFi, Cookware, linens, shampoo, soap, etc. (basically everything except clothing and food!) are provided. Sorry, NO PETS. The apartment has a cozy and updated feel while maintaining the beauty and craftsmanship of the original home. The bed has an ultra comfortable gel memory foam mattress, the Italian leather sofas are buttery soft, the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. There is a washer and dryer in this apartment as well. Guest access Apartment Other things to note This apartment is ground floor. 3 steps to get to front door on porch. We provide the fastest WiFi available and smart television(s) for our guests to login to their favorite streaming services (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Sling, YouTube TV, etc.) There is the potential for some street noise due to location on intersection and train route through town. We provide white noise machines to cancel any unwelcome disturbances. Reservations made for 30+ days will be charged $120 cleaning fee. No smoking. $350 smoking fee will be applied to any guests who smoke within the apartment. To include vape products/hooka There will be a minimum $50 fee for lost keys/replacement or lockouts. No parties or loud noise. There are other apartments within this home and we expect all of our guests to be respectful of each other. If at any point during a reservation the police are called due to a noise complaint or damages to the apartment we will immediately cancel the reservation and no refund will be given.
