A washer and dryer are available within the condominium. The space Our brand-new, recently renovated building is located just 50 meters from the main street and 300 meters from the harbor. Amenities: Air conditioning, bathroom with large shower, kitchen equipped with dishes, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, unlimited high-speed internet, and a 32" smart TV. You'll also find a large and comfortable bed with goose down pillows, a safe, an open wardrobe, and a balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast. We provide a starter pack for your comfort during your stay (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dish soap, cleaning spray), but you will need to purchase your own amenities once they're sold out. Linens: We provide a complete set of bed linens and towels for each person. Extra sheets and towels can be provided for a fee. When you arrive, you can conveniently access our building and your apartment using a unique code, which will be sent to you via text message on the day of your arrival, ensuring maximum flexibility and security during your stay.
