A 3 bedroom apartment, ideal for 4/5 people, in a secure and quiet residence, with private pool in May/September (strictly reserved for residents), tram 150 m away (line 3). On the 3rd and top floor with a 14 m2 terrace, beautiful view overlooking the city. Air conditioning in the living room, and ventilated rooms in summer. Secure basement parking. We prefer hosting guests with good reviews. Secondary residence in Montpellier. During the summer, stays of 5 nights minimum per week. The space Perfect for staying in Montpellier as a couple, with family or friends. This apartment in a residence with contemporary architecture consists of: - a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen - 3 bedrooms (queen-size bed for the first two, sofa bed and child bed for bedroom 3, plus mobile baby crib with mattress and sheet). Possibility of twin beds in bedroom 2. - a living room - a bathroom with a very functional shower. - a separate toilet - a 9 m long terrace, 14 m², equipped, sunny in the morning, and shaded in the afternoon Strict compliance with the pool rules is required for the safety and comfort of everyone (risk of exclusion from the rental). The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, multifunction oven including microwave, induction stove, 45 cm dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and espresso coffee maker). Guest access Check-ins are normally from 5pm. We welcome you in person whenever possible. Possible reception by a third party, if we cannot welcome you ourselves. During the summer, stays of at least 5 nights per week. Outside of summer, we provide linens for stays longer than 5 nights. The cleaning fee covers the maintenance of the apartment for short stays, and beyond the costs related to the provision and maintenance of household linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvets, towels, tea towels...). Check-out is no later than 11am. Other things to note Swimming pool: in operation from May to September, start-up depending on climatic conditions. Strictly reserved for resident owners and tenants. Car: secure parking in the basement of the residence. Garage can be closed on request to store sensitive materials.
