Room in lovely duplex apartment Room to Rent

I rent a nice room in a nice duplex apartment in Munich's Solln district. 1 minute to the MVV (Munich Transport Authority)... then to the U-Bahn (subway) and in 15 minutes to Munich's Marienplatz. Nearby is a supermarket and an Italian restaurant......!!!!!!!! The trip to the city center takes you 20 minutes …Parking is free in our street … Please note that there is a small dog (see the picture) living in the apartment. Complimentary coffee and tea… Towels and bed linens included in the price!! The space The apartment is in the countryside and in the morning you can hear the birds chirping... on the balcony you can drink your first coffee... I don't rent to families with kids. Our house is very quiet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator! There are plenty of high-quality hangers available as well as additional pillows if needed! Please only non-smokers. It is not permitted to bring foreign overnight guests In the room is a bed 1.40 m wide, 2 pillows and 2 duvets 1.55 m wide. The clothes can be accommodated either on the clothes rack or chest of drawers. You have a kettle, 2 cups of tea, coffee, sugar and 2 fluffy shower towels in your room. Guest access My guests can use the bathroom, the separate toilet and the kitchen if I find it again as it was found... Nespresso machine can be used very gladly.... .. .Wi-Fi is of course also there ..!!!!!!!!There is no washing machine available. My guests share the bathroom, kitchen and toilet!! There is no washing machine! Please no cooking after 9 pm During your stay If questions arise during the stay or tips for restaurants, leisure activities, shopping tips, I am always available. Other things to note There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. Showering is only allowed until 11 pm!! Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 7 am and must be observed! For work-related reasons, check-in is only possible from 7 pm to 10 pm. The booked room is for 1 or 2 people. Please note that check-in can only be done from 7 pm to 10 pm. !!!!!!!‘ During the day there is no possibility to put or leave the luggage.
