Tiny house hidden in our backyard with your own free parking space Within close range you will find sandy beaches, the golf course, grocery store, a local bakery. A bus stop is also 2 minutes walk away if you wish to travel to town or Copenhagen with public transport. Towels, linens and two bike rentals are included in the price. The space The house is 30 square meters plus a cosy loft. - A bedroom with high ceiling and a 160cm bed. - Loft with 2 floor mattresses. - A bathroom. - A living room with high ceiling and a TV (No channels but has chromecast), air-conditioner and fully functional kitchen with combined microwave/oven and dishwasher. Guest access You have access to the entire tiny house during your stay. The garden is shared but it is somewhat divided so you have your area in front of the tiny house with outdoor furniture as well you can use. Other things to note We live on the same plot, on the other side of the garden, if you need something just write to us in the AirBnB app or grab us if you see us, we want to ensure you have a good stay. Our dog will be in the garden sometimes, he barks at strangers but is not dangerous. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs as part of the stay. 2 bikes are available for borrow free of charge upon request. Please let us know in advance so that we can confirm they are not in for repair or service at the time of your stay. You can also charge your electric vehicle with a fee. The fee will be to cover our costs and it will be the cost for the electricity + 1kr/kWh for the electrical grid fee. We will calculate this after you have charged. Important! You will need to bring your own charge cable for the charge box (Type 2 connection). Unfortunately we cannot provide to charge from a standard 230V power outlet. There is a robot lawn mower 🤖🏡 that cuts the grass, if it is bothering you please let us know and we can suspend it. There is also a physical safety STOP 🛑 button on its back should you need to use it.
