Ideally located in the Vieil Alpe with direct access to the Grande Sure chairlift (less than 50 m) allowing you to ski to and from. Alpe D'huez 3-star+ quality label. Bakery, restaurants, shops, ski rental 5 minutes' walk. Ski & boot room on the same landing. The space We welcome you to this warm and cozy apartment that we have just completely redone in 2020. From plumbing to walls, to bathrooms, kitchen, etc., everything has been redone to offer you optimal comfort! The apartment has the Aloe d'Huez quality label and the 3-star + rating. The apartment is conveniently located in the Vieil Alpe district in the Alpe d'Huez resort. It offers direct access to the Petite Sure ski lift located just above the apartment allowing you to ski in and ski out! Shops (bakery, sherpa, restaurants, butcher/delicatessen/caterer, ski rental, newsstand) are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is designed for 2 couples or a family of 5 people maximum. The apartment has 2 independent bedrooms each closing with a sliding door: ⁃ a master bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed. ⁃ a 2nd bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Each bed is equipped with pillows and a 220 x 240 duvet / 140 x 200 for the single bed. Each room has storage for your clothing and personal belongings. The apartment also has a living room consisting of a living room with TV and an open kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with new small and large appliances: ⁃ Kettle ⁃ Toaster ⁃ Nespresso coffee machine ⁃ Induction cooktop ⁃ Dishwasher ⁃ Oven ⁃ Microwave ⁃ Raclette machine, fondue machine. Shower room with washer and separate toilet The apartment is located in the Le Paradis A residence. Open parking is available to residents. A ski room located on the same landing as the apartment allows you to store shoes and skis. The cleaning fee is mandatory. If necessary, linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are to be rented via a link that I will give you (€25/30 per person) and dropped off at the door on the day of your arrival.
