This light and airy cottage is in a community of 26 cottages. Pool on site. We are, literally, 1 mile from the beach by car or a nice 15 min walk or 10min bike ride. Rent a golf cart and put your car to rest for your trip. Port A has a blooming food scene so plan to eat well or make a great meal in our “cook’s kitchen”. Enjoy your music and a cocktail on our lanai. In the off season, when the HVACs are quiet, you can hear the tranquil sound of the surf. 3 bedrooms all upstairs and all queen beds. No elevator. 1 room has a master en suite. The other 2 share a bathroom. Laundry room on site. Whole house is yours to enjoy! This is a cottage to chill and enjoy yourself, a loved one or family! Parties, fishing “shack” and beer pong are not a match here. I’m typically not on site but readily available via text or call. S. 11th street is a relatively mellow street but it is one of the main streets in Port A. It features a generous sidewalk for biking, walking, running or strollers. Walk, bike, or buggy to the left to get to Shell’s restaurant for some great food or send the kids to go pick up a pizza at Port A Pizzeria. Or head right and get to Beach Access Rd 1A and put your feet in the sand! Drive it in less than 1 minute - we’ve timed it. Our ‘hood is a quiet with a row of colorful beach cottages and a pool. Sharks released promptly at 10p so be sure your party is brought inside for your continued fun! Max of 3 cars to park on left side of house. Walk, bike, drive or golf cart to the beach! Easy Peasy! Absolute MAX of 3 cars to be parked to the left of the house. Smoking and pets of any kind forbidden. My son is allergic to both so you threaten his health in doing so.
