This 43.5 square meter apartment is located in the sunny south of the island in a central location of Playa del Inglés on the fourth floor. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace overlooking the sea in the distance. The building has a swimming pool, a doorman during the day, and an elevator. A restaurant, supermarket, and car rental are also part of the complex. The space The bedroom of the apartment is located towards the street. However, the windows are well insulated with their double glazing and do not let any noise through. The hotel across the street often plays music until midnight. After that it is quiet. The mattress is new and very good. Ample linen to change is available. When it gets cold, there is a blanket, as we know it in Germany, otherwise you use sheets in Spain as a blanket. The spacious cupboard also has a safe for use. The cupboard on the bottom right, is also suitable to store the empty suitcases. ATTENTION: There is also the main water tap, which you should turn on upon arrival and turn off on the day of your departure, should the water be turned off on arrival. There are two keys for the front door. It can be opened from both sides, even if the key is inserted. There is at least one for the safe. The keys are available either in Germany or locally. The front door downstairs is not to be locked. There is a 24-hour janitor who is usually available at night as well. The fuse box is in the corridor. Please raise all safety levers on arrival. Should the power be interrupted, just go to the box and raise the levers again. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans and a hot plate with four burners, a washing machine and a large fridge freezer. ATTENTION: In Spain the tap water is not drinkable. It is best to buy large decanters in the supermarket around the corner. The bathroom has a shower. The water has pressure and gets really hot. However, it must be heated in advance with a boiler (easy to use). A hairdryer and fresh towels are also available in sufficient numbers. They are in the bedroom in the cupboard. The living room has a sofa, chest of drawers, coffee table and a dining table with four chairs to take meals. The large TV receives not only Spanish but also all major German channels. A radio is also available. In a standing folder in the open part of the chest of drawers you will find instructions for use of the technical equipment and initial information about the island. The spacious balcony has a table and three comfortable chairs that are also suitable for sunbathing. The view goes over the complex with pool over the red roofs of some with palm trees and araucaria park-like apartment complexes to the sea. The balcony door can be opened wide, so that when the window is closed in the bedroom fresh air gets there even at night. Especially at the back, it is usually very quiet at night. The whole apartment is pleasantly cool even without air conditioning even in summer, as the sun shines longer on the balcony only in the winter months. But then it can get a little too warm by the hour. Sun protection is in the planning. Guest access All rooms in the accommodation and everything in it can be used freely. Other things to note Check-in is possible at any time of the day of arrival. There's a key box. Please check out before 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible. No final cleaning is required. However, we ask that you leave the apartment clean and dispose of the garbage. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not in the apartment. Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets. Wi-Fi/WLAN is available free of charge. All major channels can be received in Spanish, German, and some in other languages.
