Right in the heart of the Périgord Noir, come and enjoy its tourist and gastronomic attractions. Ideal for accommodating a large family or a group of friends and getting together during the holidays. Welcome to our family home, in the countryside and full of bucolic charm. The space The hamlet of Mas de Fargette is composed of 5 houses distributed around a courtyard. We offer three of them for rent, the other two being occupied by the owners (the latter are likely to be on site but know how to be discreet). You can meet with family or friends, while enjoying your privacy. In the first house you will find on the ground floor a large living room with a TV as well as a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, you will have three bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 160 x 200 - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 70 x 180 (can be brought together to make 1 double bed of 140 x 180) - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds of 90 x 190 (can be brought together to make 1 double bed of 180 x 190) The second house consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with a table that can accommodate 14 people. There is also a shower room, a separate toilet and two bedrooms: - Bedroom 4: 1 double bed of 160 x 200 - Bedroom 5: 2 single beds of 90 x 190 (can be brought together to make a double bed of 180 x 190) Finally, the third single-storey house consists of a bathroom, separate toilet and two bedrooms: - Bedroom 6: 1 double bed of 160 x 200 - Bedroom 7: 1 double bed of 160 x 200 Linens and towels are provided on request but beds will not be made. You have for your exclusive use, the inner courtyard, the swimming pool, a table for lunch outside overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is secured by an alarm. Petanque balls, ping-pong, a game of molky and board games are available on site. You will have access to several hectares of woods with the possibility of walks or jogging. Guest access You will be received on the day of your arrival by the owners. The hamlet of Mas de Fargette is located between Sarlat (15 km), Montignac Lascaux (12 km) and Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil (20 km), 20 minutes from the Lascaux caves. The hamlet is located at the end of a rural road. You'll have room to park your cars. Other things to note - Check-in is on Saturday from 5 p.m. Check-out will take place on Saturday at 10 a.m. You will be greeted upon arrival by the owners. - Pets are not allowed within the property. - Cleaning is not included in the rental. A cleaning fee of €500 may apply at the end of the stay, if the tenant has not cleaned the premises themselves (cleanliness of sanitary facilities and floors, garbage cans emptied, dishes clean and tidy, refrigerator empty and clean, oven clean).
