Breakfast included. Contemporary detached 4 bedroomed home is a flat easy 5-10 minutes walk from Lord Street, yet it is quiet and set back from the road. It offers secure parking behind electric entrance gates, with a video intercom system. We also have undercover motorcycle parking and secure motorcycle & bicycle storage if required. Southport and Birkdale railway stations are both a ten minute walk from our house. Trains to Liverpool take 45 minutes and cost £6 return on an all day ticket. The space Our very large guest bedroom sleeps up to three people in a Kingsized bed and a Single bed. There is a TV, chair, coffee table, clothes hanging. You have exclusive use of a shower room (double shower cubicle, toilet, sink)- on the same floor just across the hall. Your *help-yourself breakfast* will be taken in our large light and airy open plan kitchen diner, where there is a dining table, 42" television, kettle, toaster. It has a large set of bi-fold doors opening out onto the garden. The garden table and chairs may be used, weather permitting! There is also a downstairs toilet for additional use if required. *Breakfast - we do not offer a cooked breakfast, we will provide tea/coffee, a selection of breakfast cereals, yoghurt, fruit, milk, bread, butter, marmalade/honey etc. You may of course use the kettle and toaster.* Guest access You may use your own room and private bathroom across the landing which has toilet sink and shower , the downstairs toilet and the kitchen at breakfast time and the garden if weather permits! We do not offer cooking facilities or use of our private lounge, but the bedroom has a lounging/TV area of its own. During your stay We are happy to share our knowledge of our local area and make recommendations where possible. We have breakfast at a different time to you to give you privacy.
