Home in Concord

Private entrance/room on the 2nd floor/bath in a 1890's house within walking distance of all Concord has to offer (parks, restaurants, law center, NHTI, government center, bus station, art studio, movie/live theaters/music, hiking, hospital/med centers, etc.). The kitchen is shared with the owner who lives on the 1st floor but who rarely cooks! Lots to do and see in every direction: 1 hour to Boston, 5 to NYC, 5 to CAN, 1 to the ocean. Discounted monthly stays available. The space The room you'll have is the primary suite on the second floor (up steep stairs) with no one else going up or through it. Large room with a full bath (clawfoot tub). There is sofa space for an additional person for an additional fee. Help yourself to coffee or tea or cook a meal in the basic shared kitchen. I do have a fat/spoiled cat for those with allergies who stays on my side (but her hair is in the air!). Guest access You are welcome to hang or swing in the backyard* and use the lower deck*. (*until a reasonable hour). During your stay Happy to hang with you or not, whichever you want. Other things to note Park your vehicle opposite the house in the correct direction taking up only one spot, please. Your door is the YELLOW one that faces the street (my door is the blue one next to the mailbox).
