Payad Beach and Farm Resort

Book us thru our page instead. The Payad beach and Farm Resort is a big property by the beaches of Baruan and Cabongaoan. We are not located in the center of Cabongaoan where the crowded beach resorts are. Although, this place is intended for big or small gatherings of families and friends who want to have the space only for themselves. The space The beach house is an inspired modern kubo themed twin villa. The family owner designed the entire place to bring you a decent and comfortable accommodation in the town Baruan, home of the Depth Pool. These villas can be rented alone or together with a different rate. For the guests coming from Manila, we also offer tour packages which includes transportation plus accommodation with and without food inclusion. Guest access The area is spacious enough for events like beach weddings and private parties, team building and sports activities like beach volleyball and frisbee, or even for laid back guitar jamming sessions and roasting marshmallows on a bonfire while sharing meaningful conversations with the people around you. Each villa has a capacity of 13- 15 pax. It has one room good for 6-8 persons and a wide attic good for 7+ people. The Payads boasts its awesome view of the beach, coconut trees and the wide space, from the inside and porch area of the villa. Kitchen use with complete reusable plates, utensils and kitchenware are available for when you plan on cooking. So, we highly discourage guests on bringing anything disposable and single use plastics that would only result to more garbage production in our community. Other things to note Rules & Regulations Show respect to our staff, the locals and our property. Pets are allowed in the resort No littering in the resort vicinity and beach area. Dispose your garbage properly. Smoking is not allowed in the beach house and glamping area. Please use the proper smoking area. Children ages 10 years of age and below are not allowed to use the beach without any guardian. Parents and Guardians are primary responsible for the behavior and safety of their children. Bringing of food and drinks is allowed inside the resort. Cooking and grilling are allowed in the kitchen area only. Disposable utensils, containers and plastics are highly discouraged to use. We have reusable kitchenware to use free of charge. Videoke and sound system is provided by the resort but of limited use only. Firearms and deadly weapons and Prohibited Drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Our resort personnel have the authority to confiscate your cigarette and other harmful materials. The resort is not liable to any accidents and injuries happening in the beach area. In case of minor or major injuries, immediately report it to our resort personnel. Any damages to the property of the resort due to improper use or negligence will be charge to the person/s concerned. The management has the right to impose its rules and regulations within the premises. Any person who violates resort regulations is subject to disciplinary action by our personnel/staff.   Lastly, this is not part of the rules but we’ll include it anyway, be kind and show love to one another, always.
