Nice room in S-City in nature

The space Hi y'all, since I have far too much space in my fantastic 3-room apartment (in a semi-detached house with garden) to myself and also count to the creative population and therefore actually have little room at home during the day, I thought it would be nice to let a little more life into the apartment/house again. Have a nice and spacious room (in the basement) to rent with • Double bed and additional mattresses if needed • Shared garden, living room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet • Wi-Fi, TV, radio, washing machine, dishwasher • Towels, bed linens included if needed. In addition to the room to be rented, you are also welcome to use the living room with direct access to the terrace or garden. Have even set up our own little beach - 8t sandy beach and in summer our "pool" (swimming pool of at least 6m²). The cottage is located in • In the center of Stuttgart (East/Gablenberg) •12 minutes to the city/main train station (4 minutes' walk to bus 40, 42 or U4, 9 - 8 minutes' travel time to the main train station) • 5 - 7 minutes walking time to shops (Naturgut, Rewe, Aldi on foot in 5 minutes) •5 minutes to snack bar/restaurant (doner kebab stands, Italian to very good Swabian restaurants) The proximity to the Gablenberg creates very village character and thus tranquility, while being in the middle of the big city. I do everything by bike myself. I also have a small racing stable. Therefore, you are welcome to borrow one of my bikes at any time to explore the city. By bike, you are in the city (center) in 7 minutes and can actually explore pretty much everything. Other direction goes to the stadium or in the direction of Rotenberg/Grabkapelle and continue over the vineyards to Esslingen. Also a recommended day trip. You are welcome to have the room on a daily basis but also a little longer. But I don't mind if you want to do your thing all alone. Looking forward to your visit!
