Luxurious Country Barn in a stunning location

A very special romantic & comfortable barn in a stunning quiet rural setting. Private entrance, a vast 30ft sitting room/games room/dining rm; huge 60" Smart TV with Bose surround sound system, 3 comfy sofas, 8 ft snooker table, darts board & electric disco ball. A huge new walk-in power shower. Mezzanine double bedroom with a luxurious bespoke bed. Beautiful views over open fields with horses & chickens. Stunning rural walks. Near M4 & M3. 10 mins to Basingstoke, Newbury 15 mins. The space The barn is very peaceful with outstanding views over acres of open countryside. It's situated within 10 acres of private garden and land. A variety of teas are supplied as well as a luxurious Nespresso coffee/cappuccino machine, a toaster, kettle, fridge with chilled water & fresh milk. Breakfast can be provided upon request - please let me know if you would like it by 7pm on your 1st evening - (you can call or text me). The 2nd bed is a single truckle bed stored under the snooker table, it's easy to wheel out & pop up, it’s 2 inches shorter than the average single bed making it ideal for anyone up to 6ft tall. Downstairs is open-plan to the upstairs bedroom - for privacy you can change in the spacious shower room. Both beds have electric hot blankets to keep you cosy in the winter and there’s electric heaters & a heated towel rail. If 4 people stay, the 4th person is ideally a child as there is just a single mattress which can be set up on the 1st floor bedroom floor (beside the double bed). There's plenty of parking space on the private gravel drive. We are situated near a quiet country lane. An automatic gate will open to give you access to the property. Despite having no official kitchen, the barn has 2 fabulous induction hobs & a microwave. There’s plenty of saucepans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc & space to prepare food. There’s also many great local pubs, one of which is a 5 minute walk away. One guest kindly wrote "the photos do not fully capture the full charm and character of this place. Guest access You have complete privacy in the barn which is a stand-alone detached building. On the ground floor there is a huge sitting room with a dining area, an amazing Snooker table (storing a hide-away single bed ideal for anyone under 6ft tall) and a large shower room. Up steep steps there is a very comfortable deluxe double bedroom. Other things to note One dog is allowed but no dogs under 18 mths old as they must be "potty" trained - there is a charge of £25 per dog per night. Dogs must be clean & dry before entering the barn - please pay cash on arrival for your dog. We also only allow neutered male dogs. Please turn off all indoor lights when the barn is empty in order to be as Eco-friendly as possible.
