The house is spacious 2 story residence with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful open kitchen, free Wi-Fi, large-spread parlor and dining area, one tropical patio with a lot of plants. This makes it perfectly suited for groups or families of 4-6 people that want to maximize everything out of their stay in Thailand. As a designer with a love for colour, vintage furniture and a collector. I have decorated my home into a very unique and authentic living space. PARLOR ROOM • My favourite part of the house: very spacious 65 square meters area with entertainment unit, A/C, comfortable couches, topical wall paper with Scandinavian furnish and that yellow wall is very bright and make you feel happiness and full of energy connected to elegant dinning area with antique dining set in French colonial style. Woo! Woo! • Connected to tropical patio for enjoyable fresh air and breeze ideal both as relax and work station. KITCHEN • Beautifully appointed kitchen with an open design. • As I love cooking, the kitchen is well equipped for you to use with stove, appliances, microwave, electric water heater and refrigerator and thai garnish and seasoning. In addition, I love to correct glass and colourful handmade ceramic plates and pottery from all over Thailand and for everyone to enjoy using beautiful items. • Complimentary Coffee and tea are provide for everyone. LAUNDRY • Bright and sunny laundry space located in the backyard connect to the kitchen area. It’s well organize and full of equipment and make your laundry day easy than ever. • Well equip with an automatic washing machine and drying rack, folding station, hanger, laundry basket, laundry tab for hand washing. • Iron and ironing board are provide in this area. BEDROOMS • King Colour Room : Generous 25 sqm. with A/C and private access to the bathroom, King size bed, big build-in closet and elegant dressing table with big mirror and build in lights. Bright and colourful decorate with handmade bed spread from the north of Thailand fit well with art-work painting from Berlin. • Queen Tropical Room : Generous 15 sqm. earth tone decorate with green and tropical cushion with private access to bright and sunny balcony, A/C, Queen size bed, big build-in closet and elegant dressing table with big mirror and build in lights. • Playful Cozy Room : Cute and teensy 10 sqm. A/C, single size bed and net on the floor makes you feel very warm and cozy. BATHROOMS • 2 well-appointed bathrooms with water heater. • All units with shower, toilet, vanity with basin and big mirror decorate with tropica plants. Guest access Guest will have their own key and will have private access to the entire house. Free High-Speed Wi-Fi available in all the rooms. Other things to note The house is in the Town House community and we are small 24 houses together . We have private security guard to work in his station from 6 PM to 6 AM to make sure that you will be safe during your stay.
