A family run homestay located in proximity to city monuments, airport and railway station. It's a tastefully built and luxuriously furnished bungalow. The room is equipped with modern amenities having comfortable bed with quality linen, large and an impeccable en suite bathroom with modern fittings. The guests have access to shared lobby, dining space & the sun terrace. A shared kitchenette is available for self cooking along with tea/coffee maker. Guests have separate entry to the apartment. The space Its located on the second floor of our bungalow. There's no elevator hence it involves climbing stairs. Peaceful neighbourhood with adequate security arrangements in the colony. Guest access Guests can use terrace, balconies and lobby. There is adequate parking space available. During your stay I am available to any quarries or assistance all the time, in case I am outstation then a caretaker is staying there and will be available for your assistance or feel free to make a call on my number. Other things to note - We strictly adhere to Covid-19 guidelines and cleaning protocols. -We don't encourage drivers to stay at the house. - No loud music or noise. - Smoking only in designated areas. - Extra person will be charged INR 700/- per person. - Electricity charges as per actual consumption, please ensure correct recording of electric meter readings at the time of check-in & check-out.
