Cottage in Schroon Lake

Our Unit #9 is a cozy two story one bedroom with pull out sofa sleeper in the living room, private entrance and upper and lower decks over looking beautiful Schroon Lake. Enjoy our 105' of sandy beach, or walk to town for shopping, or stroll in the park, and at the end of the day enjoy a relaxing campfire on the beach. This is an efficiency unit with towels linens and all you need for a quiet relaxing vacation. The space This unit was once called the "Ice House" where blocks of ice cut from the lake would be stored. This two story unit is actually built into the hill so the first floor with kitchen and living room are ground level and the little spiral staircase takes you to the lower basement level where the bedroom and bath are located. Both floors have sliding glass doors and a deck/porch that over look the lake. Other things to note Due to the size of our property, units being fully furnished, and consideration of others with allergies, we do not accept pets.
