URBAN app/only a short stroll to the Amphitheatre

Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away. The space This urban contemporary app has undergone a complete renovation/refurbishment and was designed having your comfort in mind. The abundance of natural light makes it bright and airy, while the lighting installed offers possibility to create a warm and cosy atmosphere to enjoy your evenings. The app. consists of: -open plan kitchen/dining/living area * kitchen appliances: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, extraction hood, kettle * kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with pots, pans, cutlery, dinnerware, glasses etc... -1 bedroom with queen sized bed and wardrobe -bathroom with shower -storage room with washer and hover The app. is air conditioned, covered with WI FI and has an UHD smart TV and channels. It is perfect for couples/ 2 friends sharing a bed or solo travelers! PS : NO OUTLOOK AND DIMENSIONS! Guest access Guests have the sole use of entire apartment.
