A bright and airy double room with en-suite bathroom. The house is in a quiet position on a private estate with a short walk into Bodmin town. Close to local attractions and both Cornish coasts. There is ample off street parking. Beautiful sunny garden you are welcome to enjoy. The space Gilly and Bob offer a warm and friendly welcome, we both love meeting new people and sharing what this beautiful area has to offer. We’d love you to relax and make yourselves at home while you’re with us and are happy to chat with you if you wish and can recommend some lovely places to visit. We live in quiet cul-de-sac on a private estate with a short level walk into town. We have a beautiful sunny garden, patio and conservatory which guests can enjoy and there is ample off road parking. Room can be made available to store cycles or surfboards. Your bedroom is bright and airy with an en-suite shower room. There is a Smart TV with a DVD player and hair-dryer for your use. You are welcome to sit in our garden at anytime and we are happy to provide fridge space for wine and beer if you’d like to enjoy a glass or two in the garden. Breakfast is cereals, toast, yoghurt, fruit juice, teas and coffee. There is a separate dinning room or you can share our kitchen diner where tea and coffee is available throughout the day. In nice weather there is also space to eat in the garden. We are close to the A30 and A38 which meet at Bodmin, making the town a central point to visit the fantastic beaches of both north and south coasts, Bodmin Moor and 25 minutes from Truro. Bodmin attractions include Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway, Cornwall Regimental Museum, Bodmin Jail and the Camel Trail which can be joined 5 minutes away. Lanhydrock House, National Trust property and estate, and Cardinham Woods both with cycle and walking trails are also a 5 minute drive away. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are nearby. Bodmin Parkway mainline station is only a few miles away with a good bus service and a stop 2 minutes walk from our house. Guest access Our kitchen will be where breakfast is provided and tea and coffee facilities throughout the day. Our garden has seating areas and we have a light and bright conservatory where you can sit to enjoy garden views. Other things to note We have plenty of parking and storage space for bikes or surf boards.
