The space The Apartment T1 "Clivia" has an area of 40 m². Is located on the ground floor and includes: a bedroom with a double bed of 2 meters in length and a bathroom with walk in shower, hairdryer and free natural toiletries (Cosmética Nice Bio World). It has a dining room and living area with fireplace, sofa, TV and AC. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and kitchenware. All spaces have central heating. This apartment has a normal capacity for 2 people. Its capacity can be expanded by using extra beds or using the sofa bed, always by prior arrangement. Its maximum capacity is 4 people. Pets are welcome! Guest access The Apartment T1 can be rented with or without breakfast. The swimming pool is open between the 22nd of April and the 30th of October. Guests can access free of charge to all gardens, swimming pool with large lawn, interior patios and parking. Inside the Main House, there are a series of interior spaces, decorated with the family's antique furniture, for guests to enjoy: library with snooker table, office/work area with high-speed internet, bar, reading room and living room. On the farm there are bicycles for adults and children at the disposal of guests, free of charge. Laundry services are also available with a price to be agreed. Well behaved pets are most welcome! Our guests will find a wide variety of products, some typically regional. Cakes are homemade, made with familiar recipes.
