Peaceful apartment near Madrid airport parking

Our house is in a peaceful area , is DaniLaurahome , the perfect place to rest on your layover from Barajas airport , which is very near. You may go sightseeing around Madrid or the trade fair IFEMA, and you’ll have a place to sleep and park your car around the house for free. We are a married couple from Madrid. My name is Daniel and I am a chef. Laura is an English teacher. The space We offer you a one bedroom apartment in Paracuellos de Jarama, inside our own house but with an independent entrance, on a first floor. It has a living room-kitchen, where you’ll find a sofa bed (140 x 190), a television, WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has all you may need: washing machine, private bathroom with shower , hairdryer, iron, towels, and toiletries. Besides, there’s a balcony facing south with a table and a couple of chairs. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200) and it overlooks a roof garden. There's also a TV in the bedroom. Other things to note The apartment is located in a passive house, which was built following ecological construction criteria, such as natural paints, wood fiber, etc. The goal is to have minimal energy consumption and be a healthier home. Laura speaks English, French and a little bit of Italian. Daniel just cooks really well and gets by with his little English. Smoking is not allowed inside the house but it is in the balcony. We not admit pets. We are sure our house won’t be the cheapest, but it will certainly make you feel at home. We have a parking space within the plot, and if you come in an electric vehicle, you'll be able to charge it , at 10 or 16 amps, in a Schuko plug, or in a Mennekes Type 2 charger.
