The space Our studio has a great location for a car-free vacation! You will park your vehicle in its private and closed parking space, and you can enjoy the great outdoors! 3 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops (rue de Metz), 5 minutes from the shops on rue Saint-Jean! It is located on the 4 th floor with elevator access. The studio is about 30 m2, it is well arranged. It is quiet, at the back of the building. It has a balcony with a table and 4 garden seats and offers a partial sea view. Amenities: - 1 sofa bed 140 cm in the living room. - 2 90 cm bunk beds in the bedroom. Duvets and pillows provided. PLEASE NOTE: bed linen and towels are not provided but are OPTIONAL: - €15 for the sofa bed (1 to 2 people) - €10 for a single bed - €3 per person for towels.
