The space Two bed apartment with two bathrooms, large balcony, kitchen and living space. Clean and white throughout living spaces and bedrooms the apartment has vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen has a large fridge. It also has a built in washer/dryer for your convenience. The lounge has an amazing 3 seater couch with two recliners, LED lights, drink holders, reading lights and a charging station. The 55inch curved TV has an Apple TV unit. The bathrooms boast new shower screens and toilet suites and have heated towel racks for comfort. The vanities and tiles in the bathroom are original. The master bedroom is large with a window looking towards the city. The queen size bed has LED lights and convenient storage in the headboard. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed, built in robe and lots of fun toys if you have the kids along. I can also set up an air bed in this room if you have a 4th guest. Both beds are triple sheeted for guests. The balcony is very large with pleasant aspect and city glimpses. It has a comfortable couch that converts into a daybed and a table and chairs for outside dining. The car park is accessible by lift and is directly under the building in a secure underground car park. The apartment building includes lots of Shared facilities including a pool with city views and eating area; recreation room with pool table, tv, couches and vending machine; coin laundry; undercover car park and gymnasium. This is our home that we rent out when on holidays so does contain our belongings. We will ensure to make sure there is room for your things as well! Guest access You have full access to the entire property. Guests may access a personal car park space in undercover secure parking section. They can also use The pool with city views, bbq area, gym, recreation room, pool table and Reception area. Other things to note The Pool, BBQ area and Gym are all accessible on level 3 and is on the direct opposite end to the apartment front door. There is 1 dedicated car park with the unit number on it guests can use. There is also plenty of available visitor car parks but please refrain from using more than 1 car space.
