Please provide First / Last names and AGE of all guests in the home • No outside guests allowed. • If unregistered are brought into the home guest agrees reservation will be cancelled without refund. • Number of guests will be limited to only what is confirmed on the reservation. • Quiet hours in the City is 9pm -7 am. • Pool is closed 8:30pm - 7am. • Check out time is 11am. Check in Time is 4pm. • Pool OR SPA is NOT heated. • Please be respectful of neighbors • No congregating outside the home/driveway/front yard during quiet hours. • No Illegal activities allowed. • Property has surveillance cameras and noise monitors that record activity outside/inside the premises. 4 exterior cams pointing at entrances and 1 in the foyer towards front door. There are no camera in any private spaces. • No Pets (we love them, but sorry we prefer you leave them at home ) • Please No Shoes in House • No Smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking or Vaping of Any Kind is allowed only outdoors. IF SMOKE or Marijuana SMELL IS DETECTED IN THE HOUSE GUESTS WILL BE ASSESSED $700 for professional smoke removal. • Nevada Energy recommends setting AC low temps to 74. Our thermostats are set to 71 the lowest. • Do not move large furniture. If large furniture are moved we will have to hire movers to move the furniture back to their original areas to which the guests agree a fee will be assessed. • Please do not sit on the furniture while wet. • Do not unplug anything inside the home. • We are not liable for malfunction of any amenities. IMPORTANT INFO ON NOISE: We want to be respectful to the neighbors as this home is in a residential area (and we also really like them!). There are sensors around the home that detect ambient noise levels in and out of the house. If they reach 70 decibels or higher, which is approximately the sound of a diesel train at 100ft and the legal limit in a residential area, you will receive an automated text message notifying you to lower the volume. If this continues for an extended time, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately and reservation cancelled without refund. Clark County states if police are called as a result of disturbance, they will fine you $1,000. Disclosures: • Your safety and your children's safety in the home and around the pool is your responsibility. • By using the home, furniture, amenities, pool, you agree to take all responsibility and liability for physical harm or material damages to yourself or any other persons. • There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Swim at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by parents. Cameras: • We are required to use exterior perimeter security cameras, noise sensors. Noise sensors do not record conversation. Interior cameras are pointed at the front or rear entrance doors ONLY. There are no cameras in any private areas.
