Our 600-year-old farm is located on the sunny outskirts of Klobenstein, in a quiet secluded location, surrounded by meadows and forests and the panorama of the Dolomites. The apartments completed in 2018 are an expression of the new alpine living: spacious, light-flooded rooms with views of Sciliar, Latemar and Co, wooden floors, South Tyrolean porphyry, young South Tyrolean design. Experience nature consciously, encounter animals, watch how food grows. The space The rural - reinterpreted. 90 sqm apartment furnished with individually crafted designer furniture. 12 m² large bathroom in South Tyrolean natural stone and bathtub with forest view. South-facing balcony with beautiful views of the Dolomites and west-facing balcony for sun enjoyment, even in the afternoon. Guest access Outside the apartment, our guests can stay in our rustic parlour or on our spacious sun terrace and sunbathing lawn. Sun loungers and outdoor tables are available for sun loungers and tables. Other things to note The price includes: Rittencard, bread service, bathroom bedding, heating, water and electricity, cleaning (incl. Final cleaning). Local tax of €1.75 per night per person is not included in the price. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 4 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 am. Other times are on request.
