The space This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment inside Yosemite National Park comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen bed, twin bed, and a brand-new sofa bed. Cook your favorite meals in the fully remodeled kitchen, stocked with everything you need, or relax with a fresh cup of coffee on your private patio. Tankless water heaters provide unlimited hot water for a comfortable stay. While there is no cell service in the neighborhood, the flat is equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming, video calls, or remote work. All bed and bath linens are provided for your convenience. The flat is part of a duplex on the ground level below another unit. While both units have separate parking, private entrances, and outdoor spaces, occasional noise from the upper unit may occur. To help, we provide a white noise machine and earplugs for a restful stay. There is no interaction with other guests, ensuring privacy and comfort. The flat is equipped with a new backup generator, providing reliable power during unexpected outages. This ensures that essential systems stay running so your stay remains comfortable and uninterrupted. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole apartment and private patio! Other things to note Please note: The flat does not have air conditioning, but being a partially underground, ground-level unit, it stays naturally cool during the summer months. (The pellet stove seen in older photos has been removed.) This unit is located on the ground level beneath the upstairs rental, so additional noise from the upper unit may occur during non-quiet hours. The flat is non-smoking. No pets. Some furniture, chairs, or rugs may have been updated or replaced but remain similar to what is shown in the photos.
