Cozy double bedroom near Haymarket station

The flat is close to the city centre (10 mins on foot from Princes St, 3 mins away from Haymarket station). Beside the station there are also tram and bus stops for the airport (travel to airport takes about 20 minutes and costs around £8 return). My place is clean, bright and cosy. The room is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, but not so good for people carrying heavy luggage, as there are many stairs and no lift. Parking available nearby for £12/day.
