This charmingly renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of nature and at the end of a quiet lane with a breathtaking view of the lake. You will find all the necessary comfort: fully equipped kitchen, private bathrooms, wood fire in the living room, large heated swimming pool (01/05 - 30/09) and covered jacuzzi. This villa is close to a multitude of activities suitable for everyone. Linen is not included. Groups are not allowed. Quiet is required (village centre) The space The villa is an exceptional property because of its location. Indeed, you have a terrace sheltered from view, with a breathtaking view on the Lake of Coo. You have access to its heated swimming pool (01/05-30/09) and its covered jacuzzi (heated all year round), lounge and BBQ. On the ground floor, a hall with guest toilet and laundry room, a living room with wood fire, dining room, super equipped kitchen and playroom with Kicker. On the first floor, a master bedroom with bathroom and a second bedroom with private shower room. On the second floor, a third bedroom with private shower room. Guest access You will have access to the villa and all its facilities exclusively. Other things to note The covered jacuzzi is available all year round and the swimming pool is heated from 01/05 - 30/09. We do not provide household linen (bed sheets, kitchen towels, bath towels) or basic necessities (soap, toilet paper). Animals and groups are not allowed. You choose a house in the centre of a small, quiet village, so we expect the usual quietness to be respected.
