West Side 1Story is a beautiful Victorian-styled home built in 1899, updated with all modern amenities . It is conveniently located on Springfield's Historic West side, close to major attractions, shopping, downtown, hospitals and the airport. The neighborhood is very safe with wonderful neighbors. Instead of staying in multiple rooms at a hotel, you get a three-bedroom house to spread out and relax. The space This home comfortably sleeps 9, with three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins), plus a bonus/living room area with daybed (and trundle). We have a variety of brand new mattresses with varying levels of firmness on each of the beds. We also have a twin-sized rollaway available on request. West Side 1 Story has two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen (with coffee bar and office desk space), a living room, dining room, and an enclosed back porch perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reading. Don’t worry about keeping track of keys – this home has a smart keyless entry for self check-in. Free parking spaces on side of house. Street parking also available. Guest access Guests may access the entire 1st floor. For safety reasons, the attic and basement are locked. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, access to the basement will be made available. Please note - there are four steps to enter the front of this property and four steps to exit the back. Both have a railing which you can hold if needed. Please see photos for clarification. Other things to note We’re sorry but we do not allow pets at this property. Smoking is not allowed. This property does not have a washer/dryer.
