The space For entry to the swimming pool and gym facilities located on the 3A floor, a door card is required. If you require complimentary parking at the R&F mall, please inform me at the time of booking. The maintenance office can also be found on the 3A floor. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped for your use, though you may need to supply or purchase personal items such as toothbrushes, toilet paper, towels, etc. These can be easily found at MR. DIY or Grocer at a reasonable cost. If you plan to drive, kindly notify me prior to booking so I can confirm the availability of free parking space 4XX. In case it's occupied, you're welcome to use any available nearby parking spot. Other things to note Professional cleaners are engaged to ensure thorough cleaning between each booking, at a cost of approximately 200 RM. This is why a single day booking may not cover the cost. Therefore, a minimum booking of 3 days is required at a rate of 70 SGD per day. For bookings of 7 days or more, a 20% discount is applied.
