Located between the sea and the mountains, surrounded by nature, with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. > 15-minute drive from Scansano (supermarket, wine bars, restaurants) > 40-minute drive from the Saturnia spa and the Argentario sea > Shared pool The space ACCOMMODATION The Casaletto is a small ancient farmhouse of about 200 years, legends say it is the oldest in the town, renovated in compliance with the original construction with fine materials and located in a strategic point with a panoramic view of the Tuscan hills, from which you can also see the sea. It consists of a living room with a fireplace and an equipped kitchenette and two bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. From the house you can access the shared pool through a short avenue. Suitable and welcoming for families and friends who want to spend free time away from the city to enjoy a place surrounded by Tuscan nature, relaxing and having fun, under a beautiful starry sky! THE FARM The farm is an authentic place immersed in the Tuscan Maremma, a few kilometers from the village of Scansano, surrounded by olive groves, where you can breathe the clean and quiet air of the countryside. The saltwater pool was built a few meters from the house, in a privileged position from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Maremma hills. Guest access The Casaletto is completely autonomous with an independent entrance, private garden and parking with three parking spaces, 6 km from Scansano, a medieval village famous for its red wine, along a closed road and to reach it you have to make a couple of kilometers of dirt road in the countryside, easily accessible by any type of vehicle.
