Spectacular scenic location

This space is modern,cosy, light and comfortable and is perfect if you are looking for a warm, quiet place immersed in spectacular scenery. We are very close to the island shop, a five minute stroll. The place has underfloor heating and triple glazing . It is fully regulated. The kitchen is well equipped with eye level double oven, fridge /freezer and induction hob. The place is soundproofed.There is an adjoining non- accessible room which may be in use. The space There is outdoor seating on the wooden non slip deck/patio . The bedrooms are cozy and small and have adjoining ensuites . The floors are porcelain tiled for cleanliness and to minimize allergens. Guest access You have exclusive use of the place . As mentioned there is a non accessible room which may be used occasionally. The place is sound proofed so there is minimal disruption. Other things to note We have rescue hens and five highland cows, two ponies, three muscovey ducks and two sheep . You are amidst stunning scenery and hebridean skies .Views out to Mull and Morvern from the ridge and direct views of Ben Nevis and surrounding mountains from the house, The island is accessible by a foot ferry from Port Appin 10 minute crossing (hourly) or a car ferry from Oban (4x daily)
