The second bedroom there is a small bright space with two wrought iron chairs for unwinding in the evening sun. Bedrooms This hillside apartment has two separate bedrooms, one a master suite and another unusually shaped room with two single bed set into an alcove area. The authentic features of rough, stony columns and white washed ceiling beams are complimented by modern artistic touches, a ceiling fan and a radiator . The second bedroom has a wall mounted fan and a radiator it also has a small open terrace area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local rosé after a day on the nearby beaches. Twin room: 2 x 90x190 Single Bedroom2: 140x190 Double Bathroom The crisp, clean lines of this newly refurbished bathroom make for a modern bathroom space. There is a large shower area and a separate toilet leading off the main bathroom. The slate tiles of the walls and floors are brightly lit up by minimalist lighting. There’s no window in the principal space but a small window in the toilet room looks out onto the green foliage. Living Area The living room, dining area and kitchen are all attached in one long room. A timeless Bordeaux leather sofa and white leather armchair occupy one end of the contemporary open plan space as well as a number of Picasso prints, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi box and in built music system. The connecting mezzanine is lined with bookshelves and there is ample space for storage and a safe and there is air conditioning in the main living area. Kitchen The kitchen is fresh and cheerful with all the mod cons you’d need for a relaxing stay at Magnolia. Wooden touches contrasted against the stylish kitchen fittings create a familiar cooking space. From a fridge freezer and induction hob, to a blender and multitude of culinary accessories, Magnolia has everything you’d need to cook up a storm. A small breakfast bar is attached to the main cooking space but there is also an extendable table under an art-deco ceiling lamp.
