The space Recently updated, new queen beds, including adjustable bed, sofa sleeper, two twin rollaway beds, theater recliners and two new couches, bar, newly painted, all tile throughout, nice paver patio, fenced yard with gas grill, nice private hot tub, outdoor furniture, including outdoor propane fireplace. All linens provided, washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen and supplies, and beach essentials included. Bike rentals, paddle boards, kayak eco-tour excursions and charter boats available by reservation nearby. Free wifi and streaming services provided. Guest access Walkable to beach (20-30 minutes walking), a short bike ride to beach (10 minutes) or by Uber/Lyft or neighborhood beach shuttle ride. We are near marinas available for charters, boat rental, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis and parasailing at The Ritz Carlton Beach. Our location is surrounded by amazing shopping and restaurants, excellent golf courses, gyms and restaurants. In addition to Vanderbilt Beach, our favorite beach is Delnor Wiggins State Park at Wiggins Pass, where there is great shore fishing and bait shops nearby. If you’re bringing a boat, kayak or other watercraft, public launches are available at both Wiggins Pass State Park and Cocohatchee County Park and Marina. There’s a small daily entrance fee but more than worth it. Arrive early and enjoy the amenities with three parking lots, shade and bbq areas.
