Charming 2 bedroom apartment in the neighbourhood of Gracia. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and like many charming old buildings in Barcelona, there’s no elevator and the staircase is narrow.
Description
Charming 2 bedroom apartment. In the neighbourhood of Gracia, the most colorful and atractive of the city, just 150 metres from Passeig the Gracia. Enjoy the mediterranean weather on the rooftop! The space The apartment has been decorated with nice design furniture to make you feel comfortable during your stay and fully equipped with everything you need for up to 7 guests. This is a 2 Bedroom apt, each one of them has a double bed and a one of them a single bed. There's also a sofa-double bed. From the living room and balcony, you can enjoy some wonderful views of Gran de Gracia. The kitchen and the living room are connected. The dining table can sit 7, allowing you to have family dinner together while you are in Barcelona. We will provide you some basic kitchen ingredients like sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine which you can use to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Other kitchen appliances you will find are a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, the conventional oven and the dishwasher, so you don't loose your precious holiday time washing dishes :) Guest access You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment. The rooftop terrace is shared with the other 3 neighbors in the building (but I have never seen 2 of them up there). Just a quick note to let you know that on weekends and public holidays, the street where the apartment is located will be closed to car traffic. This is part of a city initiative to make the area more pedestrian-friendly and enjoyable for everyone. If you’re arriving or planning to move around by car, please keep this in mind and consider nearby parking options or public transport. The area remains easily accessible on foot. Other things to note -The rooftop terrace is shared with the other 3 neighbors in the building (but I have never seen 2 of them up there). -Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. This applies also to all common areas in the building, the staircase and the rooftop. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€. - The flat's capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation. - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation. -Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
