Welcome to Paradise! We are a unique waterfront "boutique" type condo situated within million dollar homes on Boca Ciego Bay, just moments from the beach! Peaceful and serene; yet steps from the excitement of Ricky T's, beaches and "spring break" fun! Fish, boat or sit waterside and sip your coffee while enjoying the dolphins and wildlife . . . The condo is our home away from home, so come savor the spaciousness; relax and enjoy! Check in is a breeze with your own keypad door code. There are plenty of beach towels and all the amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is for your use with two bedroom, one bath, as well as a queen size pullout in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for use down to the corkscrew and wine glasses! You have access to grounds including the heated pool, dock, decks, grills, and covered common area during your stay. Feel free to fish, swim, sunbathe, or just relax and take in the view! You may park directly behind the minivan located in the carport. Additional free parking is located across the street at the small park. Laundry is coin operated; located outside the back door to the right. There are boat slips available at the dock during your stay for a small daily fee determined by the condo association. I am always just a text or phone call away for questions and answer promptly. My goal is for your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. I love to get to know my guests and am happy to make recommendations for food, family and fun depending on your interests; just ask! The neighborhood is quiet with million dollar homes. Our area is private and serene with beautiful views and the excitement of the beach just steps away! Walking is easy with the beach, Publix, and numerous restaurants and bars just over the bridge. We walk to dinner and the bars at night and feel very safe. There is bike, boat, and jet ski rental nearby. The Suncoast Trolley will take you from Treasure Island to Clearwater Beach, John's Pass and down to Passe Grille. Uber is available or you might check out the Island Hopper, a local who drives for tips.
