Private entrance The space We built our home about 20 years ago with a separate apartment for Jamie's parents. When they passed away the apartment was occupied by one of our sons for several year. After being vacant for one year we decided to offer it for short-term rentals through AirBnb. The apartment is handicapped accessible and has its own fully equipped kitchen. Our B&B is fully licensed by the Northeast District Department of Health and the Town of Woodstock, CT. Guest access The apartment has its own private exterior entrance through the three season room/screened in porch.
