Old barn converted in the heart of the Perche between Nogent le Rotrou and La Ferté Bernard. The comfortable accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children and has 2 outdoor spaces. View of the typical Percheron landscape and immersion in the countryside (wake up to the crowing of the rooster!) Immediate proximity to the forest for long (or short) walks. The space On the ground floor you will find: - the living/dining room overlooking part of the garden; - the kitchen overlooking another part of the garden; - the bathroom. Upstairs, accessible by an open staircase, you will find: - a large master bedroom (with a double bed of 160 cm and a crib); - one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) - a landing room equipped with a sofa bed (only for children's sleeping) and a desk. The rooms are separated by curtains. Exterior of about 200 m², fenced. Wi-Fi. NB: Although independent, the accommodation is a dependency of the family property. Other things to note Sidney, my dog, is present, super sociable but a little invasive! My horses are also nearby and love bread and carrots ;-) Tranquility, calm and slow life characterize, among other things, this experience, it is essential to preserve them!
