My home features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and both options of outdoors and indoors dining table. It is definitely an ideal retreat for family or friends. The space My home features Free unlimited WiFi Free parking spaces 3 spacious size bedrooms. 3 showers and 3 toilets and 1 bath Main bedroom with king size bed en-suite. Plus huge walk-in Wardrobe 2nd Bedroom have Queen bed plus big enough space to place extra bed if needed. All bedrooms have built in wardrobe ( plenty of spaces for luggages. 2 additional Sofa beds in the living room 5 mins drive to M7 and M5 5 mins walk to Hungry Jack, KFC and petrol station which have Coles for your basic groceries needs. 45 - 55 mins drive to Sydney CBD 35 - 45 mins to and from Airport 17 mins drive to Stockland 5 mins drive to Liverpool Catholic club 15 mins drive to Liverpool Westfield 15 mins drive to Liverpool hospital 35 - 45 mins drive Olympic Park Inside my lovely home, you will find a cozy, clean setup with everything that you need to stay in West Hoxton comfortably. The open plan living room is minimumly styled to give you a comfortable stay. Fully equipped big Kitchen with open plan living and dining. plus out door to enjoy the fresh air and hear the birds sings The kitchen is fully equipped with electric electric stove, cooktop and friendly size fridge, you will have all the essentials to make your favourite food. In the cupboard you can find all the necessary equipments to cook, clean and eat, as well as complimentary tea and coffee. Living room have 2 spaces, one that you can enjoy Coffee and chat. The other space have 2 new sofas which can convert to sofa beds. This place is perfect if you’re driving, you could conveniently park your car in a double garage with two additional car space on the driveway. Please note that the garage doesn’t lock but it can still be use as under cover car park Guest access Guests have the access to the entire home, you are booking the entire place which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to my home, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Other things to note Other things to note. No party are permitted. There is to be no smoking in my property and evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $150. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
