Great for friends or a family. House includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , kitchen, large wrap around deck with new outdoor furniture and new BBQ, outdoor shower, large living room, wall unit air conditioners in each room. House includes satellite tv, wi-fi, bikes, beach chairs, wagon, many toiletries and essentials, coolers, beach games and all sheets and linens (no towels). The space Great for friends or a family. 3 minute walk to the ocean as well as restaurants and bars of Ocean Beach Other things to note Check-in times are usually 2pm unless in unusual circumstances. Checkout times are dependent on the day of the week you check-out. Airbnb defaults to an 11am checkout when booking but in reality checkout times range from 10AM to 2pm. Sunday checkouts are typically 12:00 to 2pm and Monday and Friday checkouts are typically 10am. Other days of the week are dependent on my bookings. All check-in times and check out times will be governed by the lease signed and not by Airbnb website.
