The room is on the first floor of a Victorian house close to the vibrant Gloucester Road part of Bristol and a 5 minute walk to frequent public transport into the City Centre & main tourist areas. The room adjoins the main compact bathroom, and is accessed via a half landing with a motion sensitive night light. We regret we are unable to provide breakfast or provide access to our kitchen facilities. Our other listing: https://abnb.me/omGoZGmUQK The space The room has a standard double 4ft 6in (137cm) wide bed with an interior sprung mattress (from John Lewis) and a good quality goose down (80%) and feather duvet. A chest of drawers and some hanging is available; also a small comfy armchair and a hairdryer for guest use. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room and all linen and towels are provided. Guest access Guests have use of a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath and a second w.c. on the ground floor. The dining room may be used during the day and to eat takeaways, as no hot food is allowed in the bedrooms and we advise guests that the kitchen is *not* available for guests to prepare or cook their own food. The garden is well maintained and a peaceful place to relax at any time of day, weather permitting! The front living room is reserved though for family use. During your stay We know the the city well and can provide a background history and insights on what to see and where to eat to suit all budgets. We are often home during the day so can be available to assist visitors and answer questions as they arise. Other things to note Please let us know if you have any issues with allergies as we sometimes have fresh flowers in our home. We can provide a duvet and pillows that are non-allergenic, if requested. We provide environment friendly shampoo, conditioner and hand "soap".
