Mountainview Cottage Muletg - Flims LAAX

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage. The space Peace, back to the roots, walks in nature… the perfect TIME OUT you've always wanted. The cottage is a real little paradise in Grisons. Take a break in this cottage, which has been converted in a modern simple way without losing its original authenticity: take time in this wonderful place with a fireplace and large glass window from which you can admire the stars in the sky, relax or read. In summer with hiking boots or with the MTB as well as downhill bike, you can enter the trails directly from the cottage. Take a walk or hike in the Unesco World Heritage Site of Sardona. In winter with skis, snowboards, snowshoes or skins where you can reach the slopes directly from the cottage (ski in ski out). Skiing in one of the top renovated ski resorts with over 250 km of ski slopes. Relax and admire the Swiss mountains and the landscape on the large terrace. A stay in peace, surrounded by nature, in the heart of a preserved and authentic place in Grisons. The cottage is accessible in summer by car and with a special permit. In summer there are closing times for the house, as the cottage is in a tourist and hiking area. - Closing times in June: from 10 am - 12 pm from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Closed July and August: From 10 am - 5 pm September: From 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm The remaining months are without closures. In winter, it is only accessible by ski via Foppa-Naraus, or on foot from the parking lot in Flims (30 minutes). We can organize luggage transport for you in winter. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this authentic place! During the Christmas, New Year's Eve, sports or Easter holidays, the cottage can only be rented for at least 5 nights. If the dates are not possible in winter, just ask, we will see what is possible. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access In spring, summer and autumn it is possible to drive to the cottage with only one car with a permit. Additional cars can possibly be parked with us by arrangement. In winter, you can park with us and start from there.
