Having hosted well over 100 guests we are happy to welcome you to St.Ives . Pats Place is a fantastic, centrally placed accommodation with parking. Ideally placed for families, couples, walkers, artists ,surfers and cyclists alike. It is 5 minutes walk to Porthmeor beach and the Tate Gallery from which you can either stroll into the town for shops and restaurants, head out onto the coast path for a wonderful walk or aim for the beaches to relax, swim or surf. The space With large open ceilings and abundance of pictures throughout it is well placed in St.Ives for those who just want to have some time to put down their car keys for a few days and take in some of the best that West Cornwall has on offer. Pats place is perfect for those who just want to get away, with walking distance to the town and beaches means you can really switch off. Open ceilings , comfy sofas, plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants means you can relax as hard as you like. Divided into 2 bedrooms, a double and a double and single bed the space is large enough to have your own space to read a book whilst others are watching the TV or having a beer. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer and the lounge has a smart TV so those that enjoy a good movie can log in and watch away. Pats place has WiFi. We have also installed a Positive air system that ensures a constant flow of fresh, filtered air through the property, regardless of the conditions inside or outside the and therefore can help massively with any health problems, such as asthma. Guest access Guests have full run of the living space at Pats Place. A small part of the accommodation, Pats old art studio, is locked along with the cleaning cupboard. This does not impact on guests experience. Other things to note The property is listed as sleeping two however will actually sleep three in this room with a double and a small single. The property also had another bedroom that is locked unless it is booked to sleep 4/5 and is listed under our other listing.
