Detached house located in the countryside 5 minutes from Valence in the municipality of Beaumont les Valence. This charming house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, free parking, a fully equipped kitchen and a private outdoor terrace. It is equipped with a baby bed and a high chair ideal for children to play outside safely. The house is surrounded by horses and located by the river, tranquility guaranteed. The space House offering a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen and living room, a sleeping area with a double bed and storage cabinets. In the living room a sofa bed (sleeps 2). A shower room and a toilet. Upstairs on the attic mezzanine ⚠️ (height approx. 1.40) second sleeping area with a sofa bed (2 places). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven/grill, a Senseo coffee maker (provide single capsules only), and a kettle as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking. Sheets, pillows and duvets are provided. The house is equipped with a TV with DTT. And free Wi-Fi access. East-facing outdoor terrace overlooking the fields. Free parking and large enough for vans and/or campers. Guest access The house is completely private. Outside, an east-facing terrace is available for your use. Collective private parking (for us and guests) is available (ideal for large vehicles). You can unload your belongings in front of the door and then park your car in the parking lot. Access to the stables is free, just take the access roads and be careful of the electric wire ⚡️ for children, it stings!!! Do not give food to the horses 🐴 or ask before (apples 🍎 and carrots 🥕 only but ask before!). The house is accessible at any time. Other things to note We provide an empty garbage bag, a roll of toilet paper, and hand soap for your arrival. If you stay for several days, remember to bring your own 🙂
