A room with bed and desk in a cozy cottage with garden in the city of Zurich. Quiet location. The whole house has 4 furnished rooms only for Airbnb guests. It has a kitchen and dining room for the guests. 1 bathroom , 2 toilets and a separate shower in the laundry room. 10 min walk to Lindenplatz with migros, Denner, pharmacy, etc. Bus station 3 minutes away. In 15 minutes to the city and main train station, 30 minutes to the airport. Parking on request, CHF 8/day. The space In the city of Zurich, we rent 4 rooms furnished to airbnb guests in a cottage. In your room you have a small desk, cable TV, a 160x200 cm bed and a large wardrobe. Kitchen and bathroom for airbnb guests. It has a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook at any time, with space in the fridge and in the pantry, dishwasher and a dining room and a conservatory to linger in. In the house it has 2 toilets , 1 bath/ shower and a separate shower in the laundry room. The common areas and rooms are being cleaned regularly. Washer (CHF 2.-) and dryer ( Fr. 3.-),drying room iron and iron board in the basement. In front of the house, there is a parking space that can be rented on request. Ms. 8.-/Tag. Guest access Wilan is available. Washing machine and tumbler in the house . Parking available. Fri. 8.- /day During your stay I am available for a long time and give tips and information. Stay nearby! Other things to note Nearby is Lindenplatz with many shops such as Migros Coop, organic shop, sports shop, kiosk, vegetables from the Turkish, cafes and restaurants. The city , the Haubtbahnhof and the lake can be reached by bus 80 and the S-Bahn in 15 minutes. By tram and bus in about 20 minutes.
