This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged. We live at the front of the house. We will be available if any problems arise. Our home is 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. We are only a few blocks from Albertsons, Walgreens, CVS, and numerous restaurants. There is a EZRider bus stop about 1 block away.
